The hotel was found in good condition. Hotel Barcelo Santiago is really far from the beach. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints could not be better. Hari & Anne found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be good. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Barcelo Santiago were fantastic. The room's amenities and furnishings were adequate.
