4* sind für dieses Hotel zu viel. Zimmerreinigung nach Trinkgeld besser, Staubwischen ein Fremdwort, Bettwäsche in 1 Wo. nur 1x gewechselt, Handtücher je nach Wunsch. Personal freundlich im Restaurant sind die Speisen allg. viel zu kalt bzw. nur lauwarm. Sehr langweiliges Buffet, jeden Tag das gleiche. Es gibt viel bessere 4* Hotels auf Mallorca.
