According to Dieter, Hotel Club La Noria is not a fully handicapped accessible resort. Transportation to and from the hotel is very good. As mentioned by Dieter, the staff has not been properly trained in how to handle guest complaints. Dieter complained that there was not enough diversity of food and beverage choices. The leisure activity offering is not sufficient. When visited in 9/2006, our reviewer wrote that the amenities and the furnishings in the room are respectable.
