The hotel is quite a good choice for a family vacation. According to Markus, the beach was a bit far from the hotel. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints is awful. Markus found that there was good diversity of food and beverage choices. Markus thought the pool was ok. The rooms are not cleaned well enough.
