Das Spartipp Appartement hat 2 Zimmer, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen und -brett, Wasserkocher sowie Grundausstattung mit Tellern und Besteck. Insoweit ist es auch gerade für junge Familien geeignet. Das Essen entspricht 4 Sternen, es gibt am Buffett auch immer eine frische Zubereitung von Fisch und Fleisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, manchmal etwas unterbesetzt, so dass verschmutzte Teller nicht immer zügig abgeräumt werden.
Die Hotelgäste sind überwiegend Deutsche und Spanier.
Das Hotel ist ruhig und liegt nicht im Zentrum von Puerto de la Cruz, welches zu Fuß aber gut zu erreichen ist.
Der Lavasand des Strandes ist grobkörnig und sauber.
