Hotel review for Hotel Dolce Vita Jagdhof

Ich kann die ganzen Lobeshymnen nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Natürlich ist das Haus klein, überschaubar, nett eingerichtet, freundlich… aber uns fehlte absolut die Professionalität. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas klein, die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Das Nachmittagsbuffet kann man vergessen. Das Salatbuffet sowie das Käsebrett sind ausreichend, Das Abendessen war gut. aber das bekomme ich auch in einem 3-Sterne Hotel, für ein 41/2 Sterne Hotel ist das alles etwas zu wenig. An der Software muss unbedingt noch gearbeitet werden und die Mitarbeiter sollten besser geschult werden. Die Zimmer waren nicht immer ganz sauber gereinigt: Im separaten WC war auf dem Boden 4 Tage lang der gleiche Haarkneul (schwarze Haare – igitt). Der Service ist freundlich aber wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Metier nicht von der Picke auf gelernt ist. Die aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit der Chefleute ist uns eher negativ aufgefallen.
