Hotel review for Hotel Duque de Najera

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Dugue de Najera begann mit Mängeln in unserer Suite 102, die letztendlich nur mit einem Umzug zu beseitigen waren. Die Mängel betrafen ein defektes Bett und eine starke Geruchsbelästigung ausgehend vom Balkon (Gully). Problemlos war hier die Reklamationsabwicklung, inbesonders kann ich hier die Mitarbeiter an der Reception loben.
Ausgesprochen gut war die Verpflegung im Restaurant Bodega.
Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich und gut.
