Hotel review for Hotel Eden Playa

We spent 5 days in early June in the Eden Playa with our two kids (3 and 4 years). The hotel was perfect for them - the Mini-disco was the absolute hit (we had to make sure to be back from dinner by 20: 30pm to not miss it!!)
The access to the beach is fantastic (glas panels to keep the wind and sand away from the pool) and the pool area is spacious. The water was still a bit cold in early June, though. We also had a bit of a problem with mosquito bites (probably due to the Albufera Nature reserve next door). Generally, the area is a bit swampy.
Just opposite the hotel is a strip of restaurants and shops with heavy focus on kids (racing cars, trampolin, pony riding etc. etc.) which is great for them but bad for the purse ;) (each short ride is 1 euro and 5 rounds on the pony are 5 euros)
The hotel staff was very friendly and the facilities in good condition. The only slight disappointment was the quality of breakfast (the "organge juice" is undrinkable sugar water) - which made us glad not have booked half board.
We had a car for the whole stay (recommended) and used the opportunity for dinner in different places (great is the waterfront in porto pollensa for example - the beach right there for the kids to play while we enjoyed our paella)
All in all a great kiddie holiday - with a bit of sightseeing and relaxation for the parents included.
