The hotel's general condition was rather bad. According to the reviewer there are slim pickings when it comes to restaurants and bars near the hotel. The staff's handling of complaints was abominable. Martin found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be rather good. Martin found that the room size was absolutely inadequate.
