Hotel review for Hotel Estoril

Lasst die Finger weg. Es war ein absoluter Horror Trip. Zimmer, Bad, Treppenaufgand alles schmutzig. Das Hotel ist gesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Das essen gab es nicht in form eines buffets, wie, bei all inclusive, im internet beschrieben, sondern man bekam eine "Speisekarte" die kaum lesbar war mit der Auswahl für 2 "Menüs". Fragt besser nicht wie die aussahen und schon gar nicht wie es geschmeckt hat. :-( Entweder das Essen war überfettet oder gefroren. Die auf der Karte angebotenen Getränke waren entweder nicht vorhanden oder ungenießbar. Von all inclusive keine Spur. Jakuzzi war nicht funktionstüchtig. Von der nutzung der Sauna wurde uns durch Personal abgeraten. Erst nach Ankunft der ersten Gäste wurde angefangen das Hotel einigermassen Betriebsfähig zu machen. Als uns am 2. abend eine Kakerlake in unserem Zimmer die Ehre erwies haben wir umgehend unseren Reiseleiter benachrichtigt, der sich dann auch gleich dafür eingesetzt hat, das wir in ein anderes Hotel kommen. worüber wir sehr dankbar sind.
