In Steffi opinion, the condition of the hotel was not good enough. There are nice shopping options near the hotel. According to Steffi, the general competence and the foreign language competence of the personnel were fine. Steffi said that level of cleanliness in the restaurant, when visited in 9/2006, was not really high enough. According to Steffi, the amenities and the furnishings in the room were not good.
