The equipment and furnishings of the hotel, especially in the bar area, should be replaced very soon. The chairs are dirty and have holes. But thankfully you can't see this in the evening (something the hotel management likely considers).

The hotel lies right in a shopping center - on the right there's an arcarde and on the left an Irish pub. It's really no fun if you get a suite right over the pub.

During our stay half of the staff was off, so that we had to wait up to a half-hour at the bar to get a drink. The staff is very nice, but doesn't see where there's a problem or need.

Gastronomy

Breakfast was really alright. As far as dinner, we could only shake our heads. Because of the 'Hot Cooking' the dining room was smoked out in the evening - since they don't know in the hotel that you can turn on the ventilators. Appetizers are very humble and almost always the same. The salads are fully of mayonnaise and the fresh foods are always the same. The food that was not just prepared is lukewarm at best.

The pool area is very nice. In any case the wellness-area could be cleaned more often

The jacuzzi on our balcony was neither cleaned nor filled with fresh water. Pillows with no covers got a cover only two days later. Then the towels were taken away and forgotten, so we had no towels whatsoever. The sofas and chairs are totally dirty.

Tips and recommendations

This hotel will never see us again. We also won't fly off so fast with TUI again, since we NEVER lived so badly for so much money.
