Large room quantity, 50% English, 15% French, the rest German and Spanish. Hotel, room and dinning room very clean!
Age structure very high, predominantly seniors.
Location
5.5Location in Puerto outstanding (300 m to the beach Jardin with a lit up and manageable promenade). The bus/train stops are very close by, the Loro-Parks. Ca. 20 min walking distance to the Centrum slope noteworthy!!

Friendly, helpful, competent, receptionist always occupied, no language problems,
Complaints were resolved in a short time (flushing). Hotel was however overbooked. I don’t want this on my vacation.

4 restaurants, 1 bar with evening programs and low prices for drinks (!!). buffet abundant, after 14 days the dishes are of course repeated. Place search necessary, as the hotel is fully booked. One can tip but it is not forced.

Hotel hall very large, therefore very clairaudient rooms. But good isolated through the inner door. Always warm water, no power shortage. The room was not selectable (as the hotel was fully booked).
3 categories: a) to the courtyard (pool) b) to the sea side c) partially b+c street noise.
a) partially with loud music from the bar (evening animation) until 23 o’clock.
