Hotel review for Hotel Green Garden

Unter einem 4-Sterne-Hotel verstehe ich, dass der Service und das Essen sowie die Sauberkeit und Unterhaltung einen
ansprechen. Das Appartement hatte nur 2 Handtücher pro Person täglich zum Wechseln 1 großes und ein kleines, war zu wenig. Das WC war wackelig, Reklamation hat die ganze Woche nichts gebracht, kam niemand zur Reparatur. Am Pool schmutzig, nasse Sonnenschirme lagen verstreut herum. Restaurant ungemütlich, Essen schlecht - Suppen ungenießbar, nur Salat ging, wenig Auswahl am Büffet. Kaffee mußte man sich am Automaten zapfen (dafür 4 Sterne???).
Abendshow 5-klassig - schlecht. Nachmittags nur 1 Sorte Kuchen bzw. 1 Sorte Eis - kein Service.
