The general condition of the hotel was excellent. It takes no time to get from the hotel to the beach. The service at Hotel Grupotel Acapulco Playa was adequate. Extremely impressive was the level of cleanliness of the restaurant. In the reviewer's opinion, the leisure time facilities at Hotel Grupotel Acapulco Playa were okay. When Klaus & Erika visited in 6/2007, the amenities and the furnishings in the room were exceptional.
