Hotel review for Hotel Grupotel Acapulco Playa

Schönes altes Hotel super an der Promenade gelegen. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein. Es war ein Eindruck wie eine Herde ohne Hirte. Das Essen war gut, jedoch oft kalt und die schönsten Fleischstücke lieblos zerschnitten. Es gibt kein Showcooking! Alles Gebratene landet in einem Warmhaltebehälter und verliert an Qualität. Reparaturen an TV und Heizung dauerten mindestens 2 Tage. Der Techniker hatte Urlaub! Wenn man die Speisen etwas verändert und wärmer anbieten würde und das Personal das im Prospekt beschriebene Lächeln zeigen würde - PERFEKT. Ein zweiter Besuch wäre garantiert.
