Hotel review for Hotel Grupotel Club Menorca

Hotel

The hotel is older but has new washings, which were however not cleaned up. I dont know whether it is due to the personnel or something else, but there is simply very small personnel team working over there.
No Bettenburg, very comfortable!

Location

Very pleasant, as two beaches and the promenade are only a few minutes away. But I would recommend that you should rent a car at least for 3 days in order to explore the island. Very nice landscapes and bayous and the capital is also worth of visiting.

Service

Except for the dowdy room cleaniness, the personnel is friendly and kind. The waiters are courteous and it is always helped at the reception.

Gastronomy

Super delicious food, big choice and always something over there, also short before the end the buffet is refilled.
Unfortunately you could find a lot of food crunches under every child chair, then you must ask yourself whether it looks exactly like that by the families at home.
There is a big choice for AI at the bar, the mixtures are very broad...

Sport & Entertainment

The children animation is not tolerable anymore for the children guests after the third evening: Schni Schna Schappi....
Therefore it is better to go eating between 8-9 o'clock or go for walking!
There was no entertainment any more for the adults at the end of September.
The pool is super, nice deep. There are always enough amount of lying chairs. I cannot say much about sport, it has not interested us.

Room

Rooms are okay, washings new, we had a nice terrace. No air-conditioner, which was not that bad in September.

Tips and recommendations

The island is wonderful, also the place is okay. However it is pity that everything is closed at eleven o'clock, well pure relaxing- and exploring holiday. I would again fly to the island, but I would visit the hotel with my own children. Pure family hotel! nothing for childless!
