Hotel

With the look of its houses and gardens, it's a stylish facility, which matches with the surrounding area. The rooms are modern and clean. Every wish relevant to the room would be immediately fulfilled. The fridge would be refilled with drinks twice a week. All the employees were always friendly and considerate. There were no understanding problems, as both English and German were being spoken. The food was, just like the service, exquisite. One would be attended, together with the food, to a big variety of drinks and on the deck as well. One could also take drinks up to his room without any problems.

Location

The beach could be reached through a dirt-road, or over a road which passes by the hotel, in about five to ten minutes time. At the beach, one shouldn't bother renting any umbrellas as they're private owned and cost 25.00Euros per day and one could use the money to rent a car, which is also very expensive. As we'd already been in Menorca before, we often drove with the bus, cause it's inexpensive and one can see allot. In order to be at the hotel on time for check-in, the almost one hour at the airport went by very pleasantly, as we didn't need to line-up and could go straight through. Menorca's really small so one should take care of the excursion possibilities at home, in advance.

Service

As I already mentioned, the service was super. In the place, my husband asked for the way and immediately a path description was presented and a second key was also no problem.

Gastronomy

The meals were in a buffet form with theme evenings. We would either go early or late to eat, as it was more relaxed at the time. It always gets immediately cleaned up and the watch on drink refuelling is always alert.

Sport & Entertainment

There's also a computer room, something that made my husband very happy :-). I can only say that this hotel cares a great deal about cleanness. The entertainment program was not so much our type. My husband used the sauna and our son was most of the time playing in the indoor swimming pool with other children.

Room

The rooms were separated in sleeping room and living room with dinner table and a small kitchen and a big bathroom. All very appealingly furnished, we were very satisfied.

Tips and recommendations

One should take an extra beach-umbrella with, as they're in great demand there. At seven one doesn’t need to rent no beach-chair :-) it's at about nine, exactly that time where in between eight and nine everyone always goes swimming, that time it was no problem to find myself a nice spot to sit by the pool. Afterwards my men and I would go for breakfast. We were left very satisfied. A great hotel, particularly for families with small children. Ours is 12.
