Hotel review for Hotel Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa

Wir sind aufgrund von Überbuchung in diesem Hotel gelandet. Ich kann das ursprünglich gebuchte Hotel nicht bewerten, aber ich denke wir hatten es hier besser getroffen. Dieses Hotel kann man mit besten Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Der Spa-Bereich ist ganz toll. Auch der Fitness-Bereich wird sehr gelobt, von uns aber nicht genutzt. Hatten am Abreisetag über die Rezeption ein Taxi bestellt und wurden leider abgezockt.
Hier sollte das Hotel schon darauf achten, dass es mit Taxis zusammenarbeitet welche ihre Preise korrekt abrechnen.
