Thorsten found the cleanliness of the hotel excellent. In the opinion of the reviewer, the leisure activity options at Hotel Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa were good. Thorsten commented that the competence of the staff in their ability to communicate in other languages was very good. The food was yummy! All the leisure activities on offer were very impressive. Thorsten found the cleanliness of the room to be of the highest quality.
