Hotel review for Hotel Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa

Würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen Urlaub in Palma L´Arenal plant und Strandnähe gegen Ruhe tauschen will. Liegt ein paar Meter weg von der Promenade, die aber trotzdem in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist und man so aber dem Lärm von Ballermanntouristen entgeht. Die Anlage ist in sehr gutem Zustand und durch Erscheinung und Ausstattung teilweise nicht vergleichbar mit anderen Anlagen in der Umgebung. Hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, was sehr vielfältig und auch sehr lecker war. Frisches Obst, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, Crepes, viele verschiedene Backwaren, Säfte, Lachs und Sekt.. Wellnessbereich und Saunaanlagen sind in gutem Zustand und bieten die Möglichkeit auch mal einen Tag im Hotel zu verbringen. Die Suiten sind ausreichend groß und mit genügend Schränken ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich befindet sich neben Fernseher und Sofa eine Kochmöglichkeit und Mikrowelle. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf den Weckdienst sollte man sich allerdings nicht verlassen. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.
