Da das Hotel relativ neu ist, ist der Gesamtzustand noch sehr gut. Die Hotelanlage ist nur einstöckig und fügt sich unauffällig in die Landschaft ein. Vom Hotel kann man ca. 5 km direkt am Meer bis nach Punta Arabi laufen (z. g.T. unter Bäumen).
