Hotel review for Hotel H10 Lanzarote Princess

Bei Ankunft weniger Freundlicher Empfang, wünsche auch vor der reise geäußerte wurden nicht erfüllt. Als Einzelzimmer werden kleine Abstellkammern vergeben. Einzelzimer mit Ausblick auf den Schuttcontainer der Baumaßnahmen, ab 6 Uhr Baulärm. Auf dem Boden und im Bad noch Haare von dem Vormieter, in der Badewanne deutliche Rostspuren. Auf Umzugswunsch wurde erst nicht reagiert, erst als mit Beschwerde bei Reiseunternehmen gedroht wurde konnte ich umziehen. Zimmer zwar genauso groß aber Sauber und trotz Straße deutlich leiser.
