It is a very big hotel and the building in itself is not very attractive, but it is adequate for an awsome vacation. We booked half a pension. There were Germans, English and many other nationalities.
The hotel is not very nice from the outside, but the inside is perfectly clean and we liked it very much.

It was 10 minutes away from a small bay. It was amazing how in one hour walking one could get to the captial, Santa Cruz, we used to do that a lot. There is a bus to the capital when one does not want to walk. The hotel is close to the airport but that does not disturb because the transfer time is only 15 minutes.
Close to the hotel there is a small shopping mall, 2 diving schools and some other shops.
Service
5.0The staff was really friendly and some could speak relatively good German. We had no complains.
Gastronomy
6.0Breakfast and dinner are served in buffetform. The quality and quantity were very good. There were vegetarian options, typical from the country dishes, etc.
Sport & Entertainment
4.0The pool area was very nice, but we did not use it a lot. There was a gym that we sometimes used. We did not use the sauna or the wellness-centre.
Room
4.0The rooms were very spacious and well-kept. Some nights we heard the hotel's air-conditioner, but that did not disturb us at night. The TV has some channels in German, safe deposit box, balkony and phone were provided. There was bathtub and a mirror in the washroom.
Tips and recommendations
We did some small trips with a rental car to the beautiful island La Palma. We did another guided walk around the city and we got to see a lot in the island. My partner did some diving and he really enjoyed it.
