Great Hotel Architecture

5.5Very nicely arranged facility in castle style. The hotel is only two years old, thus there are hardly any signs of use. There is an international crowd but mainly Italian and German. The all-inclusive offer is totally worth it, there was always something for children, as well. Attentive and observant personnel. Even a birthday cake was served.
Location
5.5The location of the hotel is exactly right, not directly in the centre of the Costa Calma, and therefore one does not experience any noise from the streets. And yet shopping possibilities are still easily accessed. One can connect the same aspect with the great beach path. Transportation time from the airport is approximately 50 minutes.
Service
5.0The day care could have been longer. Two hours in the morning, two hours in the afternoon. It is not enough time to leave the hotel in this time. Other than that, the service was very good.
Gastronomy
5.0There are two restaurants, but only one was open, because the hotel was not completely full at this time. There were no line-ups and the personnel were very fast and friendly. The furniture was typical of the country. Sometimes it was quite loud. But that was mainly due to the Italian guests, whose temperament is very strong.
Sport & Entertainment
5.5The grounds were very well maintained. There were five pools, four of which were heated. There was even one directed towards babies, since the pool depth was 0.25 m. There were two children´s playgrounds, also ample.
Room
5.0We had a family room. The sleeping area for the parents was visually separated from the livingroom, where the cot for the child stood. The size was okay. The balcony could have used an extra 2sqm.

The price/performance ratio is appropriate.
