The overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. There are only a few shopping opportunities near the hotel. According to Heinz, the general competence and the foreign language competence of the personnel were fine. In Heinz's opinion, the standard of cleanliness of the restaurant was okay. The pool was only satisfying, not more. Heinz felt the rooms are not cleaned well at all.
