4.0The hotel hall is pompous and full of rich designs. A built-in bar. The ceiling is open-concept, which is the main problem: if one lives near the main entrance, every little noise is to be heard. Even the loud yells of the guests and the every last note of the Flamenco music.
Location
3.0At the end of the bay: lonely but undisturbed. A car is indispensable, for example to go to Puerto del Carmen.

In the evenings there is no table service: it is not a 5 star!
The room cleaning service either comes very early or at 17:00: not reliable.
The cleanliness is not always given.
Gastronomy
3.0The variability is not enough. The desserts for example are all really similar. Anyhow: every evening there is a thematic evening.
Sport & Entertainment
4.0Evening entertainment in/near the bar with background noise from the local inhabitants.
Room
5.0Suite: big and comfortable. Pompous bathroom.

The sound problems spoilt the whole holiday. We would not like to live there again.
