5.5The location of the hotel can simply not be toped. Nice and quiet. The architecture is a wonder; no architectural sins. The personnel as a whole, from the director to the cleaners, were always friendly and helpful. The food is worth 4 stars and is also totally okay. But there's always nagging guests, for this reason Caviar is served every day. We booked an apartment, as always everything was clean and also nice and big, with a view directly on the sea.
Location
6.0Directly on the beach, only a few minutes away on foot from the shopping centre, this year only a few stores were open, but pharmacy, supermarket and car-rental were open. The bus also, stops almost in front of the hotel and is very inexpensive. Simply 1.10 Euros to Chiclana and 2.10 Euros to Candiz.

Also, my wish for a particular apartment had been fulfilled.

The restaurant would be a bit more filled up on the weekends only, because that's when some Spanish people would come. Although we also had football clubs, they were not loud; the restaurant chef had made extra reservations for them on the side, so that it would, by no means, be of disturbance for the rest of the guests.
We personally, preferred to go for breakfast earlier, since it was more comfortable that way. The food was regularly refilled. Once a week, there was a theme-evening and sparkling wine on Sundays.

5.5About the apartment, one can find no significant fault. It was daily well cleaned. The bathroom was nice and big; the beds good. The kitchen was also very well equipped.
Tips and recommendations
I had no problems with the cell phone, but it's cheaper to call from the hotel. I would book a car from “Goldcar” in the shopping centre. One can do Chiclana and Cadiz also good by bus. Whoever wants to relax a bit and enjoys going for walks on the beach, fits there perfectly. Unfortunately, not suitable for disco fans this year.
