A good time
Hotel
4.5An absolutely pleasant hotel. The technology is getting old. It is going to be renovated during the next winter. The guests in January were over 65 years old and many long-term vacationists.
Location
5.0It was very good located on a boulevard. Nice walking options to Pt. Saint Amer, Sa Coma or Cala Bona. We walked 4 hours every day. It was quiet most of the time.
Service
5.0The service is very good here. We had a celebration were we needed a table for 8 people and it was promptly set up for us.

5.0Very satisfying, very fresh and delicious.

The water in the in-door pool had a bit too much chlorine, but apart from that everything was very good.
Room
5.5Nice rooms, we had view of the sea, arguably something new for TUI. Very good beds, towels were changed, pillows were also changed, TV with 8 channels in German, Mini-bar, very quiet room, eveything very clean.
Tips and recommendations
During the Winter season it was directed to the elderly people, but there was always something going on at night: show, magical Flamenco, Western show, etc. The elderly people should be nicer to the staff and not always have a bad temper. But one cannot control this at certain age.
