The hotel has 4 floors with approximately 30 rooms available. The room was always clean, the beds were made every day, and the towels exchanged. The condition of the bathroom was almost like new, you have to make friends with the chlorine water, but it is not tragic. It was always clean... The breakfast was super awesome, I have never seen so many breads. Warm and cold meals as much as you want. Unfortunately the food was not very tasty during dinner. Everything tasted somehow the same, and the quality is not enough for a 4 star hotel. But it was edible:-)
Many English and Germans.

Location

The location of the hotel was super. Near to the beach, and or for one euro to the central area with the bus, or 3 euros with a taxi. The beach promenade is nice, and worth while once in a while to walk around to stay in shape:-) There are shopping possibilities in the area, and also super restaurants for anyone's taste. In the central area there are thousands of never ending restaurants (spanish, english, etc.) also bars with many different cocktails, which taste wonderful. There are unfortunately very few clubs for young people, which only are mostly only open on Saturday.
The airport is 3 kilometers away, that is to say, you get to the hotel quickly, and you do not have to sit in the car long to get to the airport. Of course because the airport is so close, you hear every start and landing of each plane, but it is not so bad.

Like already said, always friendly. I can speak Spanish, English, and also German, they speak all 3 languages adequately. The cleaning woman was funny and very nice. We received fruits and red wine free of charge for a welcoming.
The staff were always ready to answer questions, and always with a smile...

Gastronomy

The dining room was rather large, we always had a seat, doesn't mater at which time (6p.m.-9p.m.). Like already mentioned, quality was not there, but quantity was super. There was so much to eat. The table was clean just like the buffet. I would say that the kitchen style is rather english.

Sport & Entertainment

There was enough entertainment (shows, ping pong, etc.), but we did not try any of them out. So I have no idea how it is.

Room

The size of the room was adequately large, clean, almost like new (bathroom), an air conditioner with 3 different setting, which worked very well, a nice balcony with view of the ocean. The television has only 3 german channels (ARD, Sat1, and RTL).
There is a hair dryer, which I found great. It was simply awesome.

Tips and recommendations

This hotel would recommend this hotel to people, which are not too difficult with regards to food. The hotel is super for all ages as well as for teenagers. I would only go back there if they made the food better.
In October it is always around 27 degrees celcius, and always comfortably warm in the evening.
It is always windy during the day...
