Hotel review for Hotel Silken Monumental Naranco

Auf Katalogbilder sieht die Fassade eher braun und abgelebt aus. Für mich war der Auswahlgrund auch lediglich die Hoteltiefgarage (weche andere Hotels nicht hatten). Innen überrascht die großzügige und freundliche Lobby mit Bar. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr großzügig (Minibar, Safe, Bügelbrett, ..)ausgestattet. Das Badezubehör übertrifft (in Menge) alles bisher Gesehene.
Abstriche muss man beim Frühstück, vor allem bei der Auswahl machen - die Qualität ist aber in Ordnung. Nur das Personal arbeitet scheinbar ungerne am Morgen.
Das Hotel hat einen großen Fitnessraum, der Pool im Keller ist für diese ungünstige Lage gut gestaltet (leider riecht es stark nach Chlor).
Oviedo ist keine Hochglanz-Touristenstadt, das Hotel bedient eher Geschäftsreisende. Auch die Auswahl an Läden und Restaurants ist in der Innenstadt (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) eher gering. Mit viel Einsatz wird aber an allen Ecken gearbeitet, ein freundliches Gesicht zu bekommen).
