Aufgrund der Größe der Hotelanlage sind Mängel wie Unpersönlichkeit und tlw. Unhöflichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals, sowie schlampig und langsam arbeitendes Zimmerpersonal anscheinend nur Kavaliersdelikte.
