The hotel was clean. There are nice shopping options near the hotel. In Patrick's opinion, the hotel´s staff handled the complaints quite well. Patrick reported that both the quality and taste of the food are satisfactory. The children's entertainment and care program at Hotel Iberostar La Bocaina could be improved. In Patrick's opinion, the rooms at Hotel Iberostar La Bocaina are a good size.
