Hotel review for Hotel Iberostar Playa de Muro Village

Check-in verläuft sehr langsam; ungefähr 1Stunde. Restaurant unruhig durch viele umherlaufende Kinder. Essen z. T. phantasielos ; ungenießbar durch langes Warmhalten. Sauberkeit auf Kinderstühlen und am Boden erst nach Reklamation verbessert. Oberkellner im Restaurant wenig engagiert, Kellner aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
