Hotel

Hotel facility is very nice. Condition is very excellent, and well-kept. A security aspect is unfortunately unaccounted for, because the controls of the fire extinguisher were not carried out. Some fire extinguishers are already rusted through. Unfortunately it is not possible to book partial all-inclusive (loud management) if you would only like to use your partial all-inclusive middays or evenings. There is the option of all-inclusive, which you should book.

Location

The hotel is located on a very traveled on road. Shopping possibilities, neighboring hotels, and tourist areas are readily available. Pure tourism.

Service

Friendliness and helpfulness from the staff were ideal. All complaints were followed up, and everything was satisfied Very nice people.

Gastronomy

Dining hall for 700 people. Meals are more quantity than quality. Strange to say, the quality of the meals was raised on a certain day, where the guests reviewed the meal in writing (very critically). But, the desserts were good. Unfortunately, no one tried to repair the freezer, and after a short time the ice cubes melted. Cleanliness and sanitation were good. The services were always very friendly and courteous. Great.

Sport & Entertainment

There is entertainment in the facility, nice people and fun available. Great indoor swimming pool available, but unfortunately not very well-kept (cleanliness, water quality, and almost rusted away lighting). The outside facilities are great. Nice boutiques. Water and beach quality are super.

Room

You can live with the size of the room. Unfortunately, not all rooms are in a well-kept condition (for example. mold). Old out-used furniture, and a muggy room, all of this is there. The television was not properly set up (3 channels), and could not be fixed after a complaint. That is a shame. Cleanliness of the room was not standard. The bathroom was nice and clean. The facility was loud, we lived on the third floor. It was in part very loud due to the open neighboring floors (day and night). Unfortunately bad smells frequently appeared, because of industrial facilities located in the area, and the corresponding wind direction, it often smelled very strongly of rotten eggs. The location of the room was obstructed, on one side a very heavily traveled on road (very loud). The furnishing in our room was new and very nice.

Tips and recommendations

To acquire better quality accomodation and living quarters, you should spend more money and book next-door in the village, or book a room in the Esmeralda Plaza.
