Hotel review for Hotel Iberostar Royal Cristina

Unser Hotel (Iberostar Royal Playa de Palma) war überbucht! Daher wurden wir im Royal Cristina untergebracht. Man war sehr unfreundlich an der Rezeption nach unserer Reklamation. Man hatte uns über den Veranstalter stattdessen ein Zimmer im oberen Bereich zugesagt. Dies war leider nicht der Fall! Mit der unfreundlichen Rezeption kamen wir zu keinem positiven Ergebnis. Insgesamt war das Personal recht unfreundlich und genervt. Tische im Speisesal waren regelmäßig verdreckt. Unserer Meinung nach auch keine ****.
