... not for us. The hotel is some semesters old. The installations were very well kept.
We were satisfied with the cleanliness. The first impression was just "wau". The entrance hall is very nice.
Location

The location of the hotel is wonderful, above a gorgeous sector of the beach.
The way from the airport lasts circa 90 minutes. During the way there is not much to see, apart from stones, goats and rubble.
Service
5.5During the check in everything worked out well. We had sent a fax beforehand, saying that we wanted a room in the upper floor of block 4 (amazing view). We received it without problem. Apart from the restaurant we could rightly communicate in German. The room service was very friendly and our room was always nicely clean.
Gastronomy
5.0There is a main restaurant and a snack restaurant. Several bars with different opening hours. The food was genuine class. While we where there, the two counters from the middle wall in the large dining-hall were being rebuilt. I think this was being done to eliminate line-ups so people could walk around better. Our favourite bar was the COCOLOCO BAR and of course Eric, the bar keeper. Eric is there just in the evenings, he is really nice and very funny.
Sport & Entertainment

Our son used all the animation offered and was happy. The evening shows were not so good. I think the animators could do more if they wanted to. We did not care to let ourselves get stressed about the deck chairs reservations in the pool area. One can just laugh about that.
In the beach it is much nicer. 2 deck chairs, 1 umbrella 7,20 euros.
Room
4.0Size is okay. Cleanliness-good. Disadvantage the rooms are very very poorly soundproofed. All the hotel could be heard from one flat. Bedsheets were changed every 3 days.
