The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. Transportation to and from the hotel is very good. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints could not be better. Klaus found that there was a great diversity of food and beverage choices. The leisure time facilities were satisfying. Klaus found the cleanliness of the restaurant to be fine.
