Awsome place, awsome hotel.

Small hotel with small apartments in a nice and quiet location; often with view of the sea. Very nice garden, it is blossoming everywhere.
Attractive breakfast and dinner!
Location
4.0The hotel lies on a high cliff over the small town Playa Santiago. If you don't want to walk, then think twice about Tesina because without a rental car one does not get very far, but because of this it is a very quiet place.
Service
5.5Really good service. German guest care. Some remarks have to be made about the staff in the restaurant because they are young and they need to learn some stuff. The room service was good, fast and clean. Nothing to complain about.
Gastronomy
6.03 Restaurants, pool-bar, and a small disco. There is something for everyone at the breakfast and evening buffet. The quality is very good and if you are late you do not have to worry about not finding anymore food. There is a wide variety of spanish's wine in the restaurant. Reservation makes the restaurant more fluid and not get crowded or wait in line.
Sport & Entertainment
5.0We were very lazy during our vacation. But for those wanting to do some sport, there's tennis, gym, football, golf. There is a small grocery shop where one can buy small things. They do sell magazines in German. The pool area is nice. Towles are provided. There is fun for kids too, like mini-club.
Room
5.5The rooms (all with balkony) are spacious and they were just rennovated. The furniture was very appropaite and enough.
Tips and recommendations
The hotel is not cheap, but the prices have fairly gone down. After our sixth stay in Tecina, we are already excited about the next one. The journey is a bit long: flight to Teneriffa (the plane might come late and one could stay in Teneriffa one night because of this), then the bus and then the ferry. But it is really worth it!
