Hotel review for Hotel Jardin Tropical

Definitely don't go to Jardin Tropical. This hotel doesn't deserve the all 4 stars.
The standard rooms are very small, the walls are broken and if you are "lucky" you will find some giant bugs inside the rooms.
If you complain about the rooms and you ask for your 4 stars rights the reception staff will ask you for extra charge or advice you to change the hotel.
The cleaning service is partially available in the room as they don't clean the dust or wash the floor in your room.
Even they say the hotel is renovated in fact it is only painted: the furniture in the room is very old, the curtains and the bedspreads are from cheap and plastic materials. The corridors and the elevators are dirty. The photos with the rooms on their website don't show the reality, they are done in Photoshop to look nice.
The only good thing is Las Rocas Restaurant and the beach club but if you look for other 4 stars accommodation you can easily find the same for better services.
