When Anja from Essen visited the hotel it was quite clean and pleasant. The hotel's surrounding is good for shopping. According to Anja, the personnel were quite competent and had a quite good foreign language competence. The diversity of food and beverage choices was decent. Extremely disappointing were the leisure activities on offer (or lack thereof). According to this hotel review of Anja, the standard of cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.
