Hotel Kaktus Playa is a bad choice for people with physical handicaps. The beach and hotel are very close to each other. In Kevin's opinion, the hotel´s staff handled the complaints perfectly. Extremely impressive was the level of cleanliness of the restaurant. The quality of the beach was good. Kevin found the room's amenities and furnishings to be of the highest standard.
