The hotel is easily accessed by handicapped people. Transportation to and from the hotel is very good. In the opinion of the reviewer, the staff's handling of complaints was fair. Claudia & Doreen found that there was good diversity of food and beverage choices. The pool is excellent. Claudia & Doreen found the cleanliness of the room to be of the highest quality.
