As mentioned by Roland in the hotel review, the hotel was in a good condition. Around Hotel Kreuzbergpass, there is some mediocre shopping. The staff has been trained in how to handle guest complaints. In Roland's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were pleasant. Roland said that the leisure activity offering is more than adequate. The room's amenities and furnishings were adequate.
