When Hans-Jürgen from Radolfzell visited the hotel it was quite clean and pleasant. There are no shopping facilities in the hotel´s immediate vicinity. When Hans-Jürgen visited in 10/2006, the service at the hotel was dissatisfactory. The pool was only satisfying, not more.
