Huge construction site next to the hotel

The room is very loud, noisy, and all around there are large construction sites that create the noise and are disturbing.
The bathroom is in need of renovation. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars.
In terms of food, the dishes are poorly prepared, almost everything is straight out of the can and tastes like it, too! The food is then served again the next day in another way and is served at the buffet. I can not recommend the food in the hotel.
The personnel was rather unfriendly!
