The hotel excceded our expectations!
Hotel
5.5We stayed in room 419 with a beautiful view of the sea! We stayed for two weeks and departed on the 6th of april. This hotel was very clean. we stayed all inclusive. the clientele was mainly german british and spanish. food was good, but could be hotter. staff went out of there way for us, and were most welcoming. the animation girl Marianna was also very entertaining and a credit to the hotel. The director was always on site, and seemed to genuinely involved himself with the clientele. the shuttle service was efficient. The age group varied from week to week.

5.5Close to the beach, shops were good, my wife made me bankrupt! would recommend \"the flipper uno trip. and the restaurant\"Casa Pedro\" up the hill.
Service
5.5The hotel staff were faultless, friendly, attentive, and most responsive to a problem should it occur. The hotel was spotlessly clean. the pool maintenance was exceptional, i saw them clean it!
Gastronomy
5.5The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, they made us feel at home, especially antionio and martin and marcell. They worked extremely hard. The food was good and varied, but could be hotter!. The salads were very good and fresh! The restaurant appeared to be very hygienic! The atmosphere depended on the company you keep! same everywhere you go!
Sport & Entertainment
5.5The Animation girl Marianna made our holiday for us, she always was smiling. and worked very hard to keep everyone entertained, a credit to this hotel. The Singing and music was old fashioned in its approach to fulfill every ones needs. all the pool facilities was faultless. no indoor pool!
Room
5.5The room was spotless, and very accommodating , the televisions need updating. we brought our own kettle, they should supply one! nice and quite at night!. we had a junior suite which was very spacious and clean.
Tips and recommendations
tip: take a small travel kettle with you!. would have like a wireless LAN connection. the internet facilities could be updated. the weather was fantastic. we found it very good value for the money. we would like a bigger discount for reviewing this hotel though!..lol
