Very nice facility of only three stages, all new and very nicely renovated. The staff was friendly and courteous. It is adequate for handicapped people because there is an elevator that goes everywhere from the reception. Predominantly Germans, but some Spaniards, Norwegians and Swedish, not a lot of English. The age was mixed, but no kids. The food was well varied in buffet form and the 'all inclusive' drinks at the bar were mixed.
Simply an awsome and recreational week.

I would give it 10 suns because it is one of the few hotels that is right on the beach and one can swim there too. One could not swim in the nighboring hotels that were right on the beach because of the lava rocks.

The entire staff was very friendly, some spoke very good German and others came from Germany. The rooms were always in perfect condition...thank you Carmen. The check-in went without a problem. We did not have any complains.

Gastronomy

The hotel has a restaurant, a pool-ber and a bar; they were all very clean and tidy. The food was well varied and it always tasted good. For breakfast there were different kinds of bread, butter, different marmelades, sausage, cheese, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham and the English breakfast, jogurt, musli, nuts, etc. There was always fresh fruit. One has to get used to the coffee because it is from a mashine but such mashine had 'Cortado' coffee which is very good. The food had an international variety, always tasty and fresh. The vegetables were delicious, but the meat was very good and fresh too.
The drinks at the night-bar are very professional and delicious, they are served until 23:00 with the 'all inclusive'. Daniel and Patrik are the bartenders and they prepare awsome mixed drinks, thanks a lot.

Sport & Entertainment

There is a gym and a sauna in the hotel, but we did not use them because we were enjoying the awsome weather on the beach.
There are always beach chairs at the pool available, they are new too and very relaxing with cushions and pillows.

Excellent room with nice furniture and without bugs. Everything what is needed is available.
