Hotel review for Hotel Las Olas

Das Hotel ist vom Baustil recht schön, entspricht den Fotos im Katalog. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse nach Santa Cruz und in den Süden. Eine Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Wir hatten All inklusive gebucht, das war wohl nicht im Sinne des Hotelpersonals. Mittags gab es anfangs nichts, außer Snacks, die sehr einfaltlos und geschmacklos waren, Es war auch sehr schwer den nur spanisch sprechenden Angestellten klar zu machen, daß wir etwas essen wollen. Zum Glück kam dann noch eine spanische Familie, die auch All inklive hatte und manchmal mittags essen wollten. Ansonsten war das Essen sehr einfaltslos, meist nur lauwarm und die Kellner eher unwillig im Bedienen. An der Bar konnte man ewig warten bis jemend zum Bedienen kam. Zudem war das Wetter auf der Ostseite noch sehr schlecht, was die Stimmung zusätzlich trübte. Im Westen war es wesentlich besser. Ansonsten ist La Palma auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
