According to Dirk & Sandra, Hotel Los Hibiscos is not a fully handicapped accessible resort. Hotel Los Hibiscos in Playa de las Americas is ideally located near shopping facilities. The staff successfully deals with guest complaints. In Dirk & Sandra's opinion, the atmosphere and furnishings in the bar and restaurant areas were superb. Dirk & Sandra found the leisure time activities quite good. Dirk & Sandra found the cleanliness of the room to be an absolute plus.
